Processing Time
All ReighHair units, including Raw Vietnamese, Cambodian, Burmese, and Virgin Peruvian hair, have a processing time of 10-15 business days once payment has been confirmed. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once processed, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping time may vary based on location.
Local Pickup
Local customers may arrange to pick up their orders. If you're local and wish to pick up, please advise us at checkout or contact customer service. We do not offer a free installations with your unit.
Final Sale Policy
All units are custom-made and tailored to each order; therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on the seller’s behalf.
Refund & Exchange Policy
We strive to maintain the highest quality standards. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a mistake has occurred on our end. All purchases are final once completed.
